My name is Josephine Spada, and I am the owner and organizational luminary behind Beacon Management Solutions. I help all kinds of small businesses and solopreneurs get back on the path to doing what they love by eliminating the pain points of tedious back-office operations.

I have a twenty-year corporate background in the fashion industry, as well as having taken time off to be a caregiver. I now use my skills and experience as a virtual assistant and online business manager to help clients with the tasks that do not spark joy in their business.
